Return policy


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Pappelina offers a 30 days return policy, from the day when you received your delivery. If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions below.
 
1.           Use the enclosed return label included in your delivery. The cost for returning your order is €20.
2.           Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from. 
              If you have chosen the payment option invoice, please contact Klarna to report the return and to prolong your invoice.
3.           Attach the return label clearly visible on the package and leave it at your nearest DHL drop off point. Visit www.dhl.com to find the one nearest you.
4.           When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product you need to follow our return policy above and then place a new order on our website.

REFUNDS
We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund normally takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return. Freight cost will not be refunded and the return cost of €20 is adjusted upon repayment.

CLAIMS
If you want to make a claim on a product, please contact customer service, info@pappelina.com, who will guide you through the process. Pappelina provides a 3-year warranty (against production defects) on all products. To be able to process your claim, we need a digital photo, clearly showing the problem.
